6:00-6:15pm            JOG-1 LAP (WARM UP)
                             STRETCHING (PARTNERS)

6:20-6:35pm            CIRCUIT TRAINING
          Group 1:
-PUSH-UPS ON KNEES (LADIES) –BURPEES (GUYS ONLY)  (UPPER BODY)
                             -JUMPING JACKS (CARDIO)     
                                    -JUMP ROPE (CARDIO)     
                                    -MED. BALL SQUATS (LOWER BODY)
                                    -DUMBELL PUNCH-OUT (UPPER BODY)
                                    -HIGH KNEES (CARDIO)     
                                  -SIT-UPS (ABS)
                                    -BICYCLE KICKS (ABS)
                                    -LUNGES (LOWER BODY)
                                  -MED. BALL TOSS DOWN (ABS)

          Group 2:
                    JOGGING AROUND WEARHOUSE (UNTIL GROUP 1 FINISHES)
                    GASHERS (SPRINTS)
         
6:40-6:55pm            STRETCHING (COOL DOWN)
